Anne-Marie Thompson

November 2023

Meet Anne-Marie Thompson, LICSW, the founder of Courage Coaching!

Courage Coaching is a holistic life coaching and wellness experience, helping women navigate life transitions, rediscover themselves, and embrace joy while living each day with courage, confidence and clarity.

With a therapeutic approach that is client-centered, strengths-based and compassion focused, Anne-Marie meets you right where you are. In your sessions, she will guide you through moments of vulnerability, validating your experience, igniting your ability to begin again and believe in your vision for thriving in this season. Together, you will navigate your current challenges, address stressors and break free from any obstacles that may be holding you back through the integration of mindset, mindfulness and movement practices to support your wellbeing.

If you find yourself experiencing confusion about who you are in this season, overwhelmed about “how” to get there, stuck in a mindset of self-doubt or uncertain of where to start, Anne-Marie welcomes you in to begin your personal evolution together. While working alongside Anne-Marie, you will develop confidence in who you are, cultivate the courage to embark on your journey and become clear about your direction, finding your joy with each step along the way.

Based on the South Shore, Anne-Marie resides with her husband and two children. A graduate of Brown University and the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, she is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Mindfulness Coach, and a Reiki Level II Practitioner. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare field, she has had the privilege of empowering hundreds of women in their evolution.
