FAVORBAR is a women-owned business based out of Hingham, MA. Founders Erin Esposito, Lauren Nauman, and KatePasciucco all met while their children attended Hingham Nursery School. While serving on the Board of Directors, they spent a lot of time together planning events for the school and discussing how to simplify the process. Within these conversations, FAVORBAR was born. FAVORBAR was created to take the guesswork out of favors for special

events and occasions of all kinds. Together with their clients, they collaborate to create custom favors for guests within theme and budget.

Erin grew up in Hingham, MA where she lives with her husband Ivan and their two children Rose and Rocco. Erin is an active member at both schools her children attend, and in the Hingham community as well. She currently serves as President on the Board of Directors at Hingham Nursery School. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending any sporting event, and spending the summers in Lake George.

Lauren grew up in Shrewsbury, MA. She attended Notre Dame Academy, Worcester and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She resides in Hanover with her husband Jason, and her two daughters Avery and Olivia. Lauren has a hospitality background and works as a realtor

with Coldwell Banker Realty. In her free time, Lauren enjoys cooking with her daughters, watching football, and serving on the Hanover PTA.

Katie grew up in Northampton, MA. She is a graduate of the Williston Northampton School and Amherst College. Katie worked in both NYC and Boston in Digital Advertising before moving to Hingham in 2015, where she lives with her husband Peter and their two children John and Brooke. A former college athlete, she loves playing sports with her kids. Katie is a big Boston

Sports fan, enjoys a good mystery book, and won’t pass up any opportunity to dance. She is the current Vice President on the Board of Directors at Hingham Nursery School.
