Festival of Trees Subcommittees

Sponsorship

Help support the Festival of Trees Chairs with procuring donations from local businesses as well as larger organizations. The focus will be to utilize our connections within the community and further to increase our revenue. The more the merrier!

Wine Pull

Looking for 3-5 members to procure 100 wine bottle donations and organize the wine pull. Being able to work the event during FoT would be greatly appreciated!

Marketing & Social Media

Looking for 2-3 members to receive sponsor information from the Sponsorship subcommittee, develop social media content, and work with HWC PR to publish content on the HWC website, Instagram and Facebook. This behind-the-scenes role is great for those not interested in seeking sponsorships!

Operations

Help support with set up, working the event, clean up, or winning bid pick up.
