The Tonbo Center
August 2023

The Tonbo Center is focused on cultivating resilience so that individuals and communities can thrive. The center’s offerings are designed so that in each retreat, workshop, or coaching session individuals can access their inner wisdom and uncover what is best within themselves. These offerings equip individuals with research-based practical skills that can be incorporated into the day-to-day of life to cultivate resilience.
Among the center’s offerings - is a wellbeing retreat on Sunday, November 12 at the Weir River Farm’s art studio. It’s an opportunity for women to take time for themselves and experience research-based techniques that will help them thrive during the busy holiday season - from Thanksgiving into the new year. The retreat is intentionally spacious to allow participants to pause and connect with themselves, the natural world, and a community of supportive women.
Julie Graham founded the center to help individuals enhance their experiences of love, work, and play. She finds fulfillment encouraging people into the full flow of their lives. With two decades of program development at Harvard Business School, YPO, Embrace Home Loans, and Harvard University, she designs and delivers experiences that allow for reflection and connection so that individuals and communities can thrive.
