Heart of Hingham Dental Aesthetics. Founded by Dr. Sandhu and born from a belief that dentistry can rise far beyond the rushed, clinical experience many patients have come to expect. Throughout her career, Dr. Kupke felt a quiet disconnect between the elevated, detail-focused care she envisioned and the traditional dental offices where she worked—spaces where she did not yet have the autonomy to shape the patient experience the way she believed it could be. She knew there was potential for something more intentional, more modern, and more deeply centered around the patient.
Time and again, patients would admit, “I hate going to the dentist.” While Dr. Kupke understood the sentiment, it stayed with her. She loves her profession, loves caring for people, and loves watching confidence transform—so the idea that dentistry had become synonymous with stress or fear inspired her to reimagine what the experience could be.
For nearly three years, Dr. Kupke carried the dream of building a practice shaped entirely by her values. When her family moved to Hingham, a community-focused town that instantly felt like home, she knew it was the perfect place to bring that vision to life. Building the practice while navigating new motherhood has been emotional, challenging, and deeply fulfilling, with every detail created with intention, purpose, and heart. Heart of Hingham Dental Aesthetics is one of the greatest achievements of her career, and her hope is that every patient feels truly cared for—and that her children will one day be proud of what she built.
Heart of Hingham Dental Aesthetics is an elevated family and cosmetic dental practice that blends modern clinical excellence with a warm, thoughtful, and design-driven patient experience. The practice offers full-scope general dentistry with a refined emphasis on cosmetic enhancements, facial esthetics such as Botox, and orthodontic solutions like Invisalign. Care is supported by advanced technology including iTero digital scanning, low-radiation digital X-rays, comprehensive photography, CBCT imaging, and future integration of 3D printing.
The practice is excited to be opening its first location in the heart of Hingham Square, conveniently located at the corner of Central Street and South Street. From comfort-focused amenities—such as weighted blankets, neck pillows, noise-canceling headphones, and overhead TVs with Netflix—to a gentle, personalized approach, every touchpoint is designed to help patients feel calm, welcomed, and genuinely supported.

Meetings are typically held on the last Thursday of the month and are great for learning about upcoming events, networking, and socializing. Whether you just moved to town or are a long time resident, the Hingham Women's Club has a way for you to get involved, no matter how large or small.
